Aril
Referencing the pomegranate’s organic silhouette, the sculpture pairs dense woven spheres with an open lattice form. The contrast between enclosed and exposed surfaces creates a quiet tension, allowing light, shadow, and space to become part of the composition.
Balance
The sculpture explores balance through shifting proportions. Large woven spheres convey weight and stability, while the smaller forms introduce lightness and separation, creating a composition where contrast becomes the element that unifies the structure.
